CAFE MARIZON

 Café Marizon (Circa 1997) is a nostalgic restaurant featuring great food, with great service, with a collection of historical photographs and items of Amarillo memorabilia from days past. We have come a long way from our humble beginnings in the original Marizon clothing store building on Polk Street to our current location with parking, patio, and pick up window on Hillside.

 

Looking for the best burger, homemade sandwiches, salad, and made fresh daily desserts? Café Marizon cooks up the perfect meal. You'll savor dishes such as our steaming French dip sandwich served with au jus on a hoagie roll covered in Swiss cheese. Like burgers? Well, we have them! They are big, thick half pounders served on our homemade bread which is made twice daily.  Whether you are looking for a great salad, some of our famous tender pot roast, or a variety of sandwiches and chicken fried steak, we have it all.

 

Don't forget desserts! We have several to choose from, like BTS cake (a very moist succulent chocolate cake), coconut pie, and chocolate peanut butter pie just to name a few.  They are all made fresh every morning.  You really can't go wrong with any of our delicious menu items.

 

Come and enjoy our outdoor patio in the warmer months with an ice cold beer and one of our hot appetizers.  We always have weekday lunch specials like green chili pie, fried pork chops, and beef strudel just to name a few. We also offer great specials on buckets of beer.
